Replacement Policy

Each product goes through strict quality checks before it reaches you to ensure the best possible experience.
Because of this strong quality control process, we do not offer returns for refunds. However, we are happy to assist you with a product replacement if needed.
Size Replacement
We understand that finding the perfect fit online can sometimes be tricky.
If the size doesn't fit you well, you can request a size replacement within 5 days of delivery.
Conditions for size replacement:
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags and packaging must remain intact
• Replacement request must be raised within 5 days of delivery
Once the returned item passes our quality inspection, we will ship the correct size replacement to you.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
Although every Snubby product goes through multiple quality checks, if you receive:
• A damaged item
• A manufacturing defect
• A wrong product
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
